It includes DSM-5 diagnoses, corresponding symptoms, and severity scores, and can optionally flag high-risk issues like suicidality and violence. It’s presented clearly—no training required. Client Report: Clients receive a personalized Client Report with clear, easy-to-understand information that supports client engagement and informed decisions. (Client Reports can be enabled or disabled.)
